NASCON (International NAnoscience Student CONference) is an annual conference organized by students for students in different parts of the world. From the 22nd to 25th of August 2023, we will host INASCON in Basel, Switzerland. Are you a Bachelor, Master, or PhD student in natural sciences? Then we invite you to join us for INASCON!
This year’s motto „Make Nano Visible“ aims to include the chemical, physical, biological and medical facettes of nanoscience to not only show how processes on the nanoscale can be made interpretable but also to demonstrate their broad impact across disciplines. This way, you get a glimpse of a wide range of fundamental science and applied technologies where you find the chance to discover and create new connections between these disciplines.
As a participant you will have the chance to share your project, your ideas, and interests with a poster or talk to fellow aspiring scientists. Best talk and poster performances will be rewarded! Furthermore, an exciting program awaits you: With inspirational talks given by accredited researchers, an “enterprise fair” to explore future job opportunities with tech companies, as well as excursions to scientific research institutions, and must-sees in and around Basel.
INASCON 2023 aims to make the event accessible to students all over the world. We can provide accommodation (b&b) to a limited number of participants. Lunch, dinner and coffee breaks are provided to all attendants. Register until April 9 to apply for a hotel stay with four steps!
