Responsibilities:

Play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding product and therapy adoption within your region

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans in close collaboration with the Leadership Team to drive sales and increase product/therapy adoption across your territory
  • Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key healthcare professionals, including interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and interventional angiologists
  • Lead product training initiatives and support clinical education activities to communicate product features, benefits, and value
  • Partner with the Clinical Education Specialist to design and deliver tailored educational sessions, ensuring customers are well-informed on indications, contraindications (IFU), and the clinical evidence supporting product use
  • Provide expert technical support during medical procedures, offering real-time guidance and training to healthcare teams
  • Monitor market trends and conduct ongoing analysis of the cardiovascular landscape to effectively position products and address emerging customer needs
  • Represent the company at regional, national, and international conferences and congresses, maintaining industry knowledge and strengthening the brand presence
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment within the Commercial team, aligning efforts and sharing insights to achieve common business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or/and successfully completed professional training in the commercial or paramedical field
  • Languages: fluency in French, English, both oral and written, German is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced organization with a quick and pragmatic decision making approach
  • At least 2 years of field specialist / sales experience in medical devices industry is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solution-based thinking and the ability to successfully implement the developed customer solutions
  • Analytical and goal-oriented approach with the ability to work on complex short-, medium- and long-term projects simultaneously
  • Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills
